Terms of service
PLEASE READ BEFORE COMMISSIONING. By choosing to commission my work, you are acknowledging and agreeing to all terms and conditions listed below, unless exceptions have been agreed upon during the consultation process.1. Payment must be made via PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or Google Pay.2. I own the artwork and thus I have the rights to publicly share the work on my social media sites. This includes all recordings of the process as well as the final product. Exceptions can be made if there is concern over the work being made public.3. Personal use of my artwork (use as banners, icons, wallpapers, etc.) is allowed with credit. You may also repost and share the artwork on social media as long as credit is given. My work WILL NOT be allowed for AI engines and usage. You are also not allowed to use my work for NFTs. You may not resell my artwork or use it for commercial use unless we have discussed and agreed upon this usage. A commercial license can be issued for a fee after individual discussion via email.4. You may not remove my signature from commissions. It is an identifier of my work.5. You may not trace or heavily reference my work and claim it as your own. However, the sketch/lineart commissions can be used to practice coloring and linework with my permission and proper credit being provided.6. I will not begin a commission until I receive all needed references and half payment.7. You cannot make unreasonable design changes after consultation and payment, unless you will pay extra for these changes and the time and effort it takes to make them. Cancellation of a commission is not allowed.8. If you are not satisfied with the piece, I will not give refunds nor will redo the piece. Commissioning me does not only mean you are paying for the artwork, but you are also paying for the time and effort it took to make it. However, if there are minor changes that we previously agreed upon but I missed, I will try to make them without ruining the piece.9. If a commission must be completed before a certain date, it is your responsibility to let me know. Otherwise, commissions will take from up to 3 days to three weeks to complete.10. Until a full payment is made, all progress shots will be watermarked, lower quality screenshots. Full quality files with a signature will be sent after receiving full payment.

I will NOT draw: NSFW/suggestive content (MUST BE 18+ to receive such content), anything that is outside my area of comfort
Commissions
*These are fixed base prices for private commissions. Depending upon the complexity of the piece being commissioned, the price may increase. I will not allow charges below the base price under any circumstances. Pricing for commercial commissions will be discussed during consultation. Base prices are also subject to possible future change.
